MuchBoost A630MS Upgraded Turbochargers

MuchBoost A630MS upgraded turbochargers feature a custom billet compressor wheel and an enlarged turbine wheel. They are based on original Garrett turbochargers, ensuring a 100% plug-and-play (P&P) installation.

This turbocharger is specifically designed for the Maserati Ghibli equipped with the A630MS 3.0L diesel engine (272HP).

Performance Upgrade

The turbo delivers up to 147% of factory power, providing an increase of approximately 128 additional horsepower over stock specifications.

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~350HP at the crank. The list of modifications:

Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost AM630MS 400

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~400HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 350 option are the same except:

Billet Compressor Wheel 11+0 Blades,
Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel,
Machined exhaust housing.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
3. Every parcel is fully insured.
