Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Customer Experience & Operations Associate who’s passionate about luxury and performance cars and eager to contribute across a variety of verticals in our business. This position blends customer service, light technical support, and hands-on operational tasks. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and excited to grow with a close-knit team that thrives on performance and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

✅ Assist customers with product selection, vehicle compatibility questions, order status, and general support

✅ Respond to warranty and fitment questions with professionalism and accuracy

✅ Help convert leads into loyal, satisfied customers by delivering a high-touch experience

✅ Support daily warehouse operations including packing and shipping orders, receiving inventory, and stock counts

✅ Engage with social media platforms and automotive forums to answer questions, promote products, and grow the brand’s reputation

✅ Track common customer concerns and contribute to our internal knowledge base

✅ Collaborate with the team to improve workflows, product listings, and customer communication

Desired Traits & Qualifications:

✔ Automotive knowledge with a passion for exotic, luxury, and performance vehicles

✔ Strong communication skills and a patient, service-minded approach

✔ Eagerness to learn and grow your skill set in a hands-on environment

✔ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

✔ Comfortable using basic software tools, email, and order systems

✔ Experience with social platforms, automotive forums, or eCommerce is a plus

✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally in support of warehouse operations

Pay & Benefits:

💵 Pay Range: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience

🕒 Schedule: Part-time or Full-time flexibility. Mon-Fri
