Formula Dynamics ("FD") understands that modification of vehicles is a hobby and passion, and FD does its best to provide the purchaser or user with the best options in aftermarket products. By purchasing aftermarket products from formuladynamics.com, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Formula Dynamics, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of this website or purchase of aftermarket products or parts.

You purchase, install and use aftermarket products at your own risk. No warranties or representations are made that aftermarket products will prevent injury or death, or protect the user from injury or death, and the user expressly assumes any and all risks associated with the installation or use of aftermarket products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to properly install, use and/or maintain the factory and aftermarket products associated with the purchaser’s or user’s vehicle. Formula Dynamics strongly recommends you do not remove factory safety equipment on any vehicle. Modification or removal of factory safety equipment is done at the purchaser’s or user’s own risk. Formula Dynamics advises that all purchasers and users follow all factory warnings and recommendations.



Limitation of Liability Disclaimer:
Except where otherwise inapplicable or prohibited by law, you expressly understand and agree that Formula Dynamics accepts no responsibility or liability for damage, injury, fatality, or legal penalties that occur as a result from proper or improper use of our products.

Be advised that many of our products may not be legal for street use or even off-road use in certain areas.  If you have any questions regarding their suitability or legality, we advise that you check your local regulations and speak with law enforcement, DMV or the State Emissions Board in your area regarding the use or purchase of our products before you buy from us and you agree that it is your responsibility to do the proper research. 

You further understand that Formula Dynamics accepts no responsibility for any of the aforementioned things while the products are in use by others that you loan, give, or resell them to, and in purchasing these products you are consenting to, and are in full understanding of this disclaimer / policies and the terms set forth within it. Also note that operating products of this nature are inherently dangerous for people of any age.


Off-Road / Race Use Products :

Off-road and race only products ("this Product") is designed and intended for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying this Product and/or using this Product (the "User") agrees to use the Vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein, and the User acknowledges that the purchase, installation and use of this Product all comply with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances by the User.

The User accepting this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless Formula Dynamics Corp., its officers, employees, agents, distributors and dealers for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses or other costs which may arise from the use of this Product and without limiting the generality of the foregoing specifically acknowledges the following:

  • Use of this Product for purposes other than solely for competition is a violation of federal law and may violate applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle and other laws. The User warrants that this Product shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events.
  • That use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others.
  • That use of this Product may make the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage or death.
  • That the installation of this Product, improper installation of this Product, use of this Product with other components or failure to use this Product in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage or death.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY. ALL OTHER USES ARE CONTRARY TO FEDERAL LAW. IF YOU INTEND THIS PRODUCT FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.

 

Installation:
We strongly recommend that you always hire a local certified mechanic for installation / testing at your expense. Your safety is of high importance to us and we also quality inspect every product however the final assembly and responsibility ultimately must be on you the consumer and / or the final assembler of the product(s). Please be sure to follow common sense and if you have any questions, feel free to call us for support, that is what we are here for.

Labor:
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased from Formula Dynamics.

Sales Tax:
Local Sales Tax will be charged to orders shipped or delivered in Nevada. All other orders are exempt from sales tax when purchasing online or by phone order.
