Shipping policy

Carrier Preference:
If you have a preference on shipping, either by carrier, shipping method or services, please arrange this with us before we ship your order to ensure that we can provide you the properly quoted rate for the services that you require. We otherwise reserve the right to choose the optimal shipping carrier for your order based on factors such as cost, level of service, availability of service or simply our overall experience with the shipping carrier regardless of which carrier or service is chosen at checkout.  We will of course maintain the expected level of service in accordance with the selections you choose at checkout.

Product Inspection:
Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to open the package upon delivery and fully inspect it's contents to ensure that none of it's parts are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you believe the product has been damaged during shipment it is your responsibility to note the damage at the time of receipt on any Proof of Delivery that you sign. Without this notation your shipping claim for damage may be declined by the carrier. Please, also notify our support department of the damage. We reserve the right to first attempt to send you the proper replacement parts needed to fix any damage to the product(s) or to replace the unit completely.

Damaged Products:
If your product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We will assist you with filing a claim with the shipper.

Shipping Claims:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide detailed pictures of the outside / inside of shipping box, including the shipping label as the box arrived to you and as the item was packaged.  We will need this to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.  Please also keep the packaging as the shipping carrier may request to inspect it further.
