You may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following products are not returnable:
- Sale items or Gift Cards
- OEM Maserati, Ferrari or Lamborghini Parts
- Custom or Special Orders
- Automotive Repair Manuals
- Catalytic Converters
- Fluids (Oil, Brake Fluid, Trans / Diff Fluid, etc)
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: High Power ECM, Drive By Wire Enhancement Modules, Suspension Control Modules)
Should it be necessary to return part or all of your order to Formula Dynamics, please contact our sales department at: email@example.com and explain your need for exchange or return.
If your return / exchange is approved, you will be issued a RMA# that must be written on the Box.
Note: Items Returned to Formula Dynamics without an approved RMA# will be returned to sender.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased from Formula Dynamics.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide pictures of the shipping box, including the shipping label as the box arrived and as the item was packaged. We will need this to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
